Recognizing The Accomplishments of Dr. Moustafa Moustafa

In 1992, he set up roots and continued his medical journey in the U.S., initially as a resident in Internal Medicine at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. Driven by a vision and desire to go beyond the usual, in 1994, Dr. Moustafa Moustafa embarked on a Nephrology fellowship at the esteemed Medical University of South Carolina.

Driven to fuel progress and create better patient outcomes, his journey continued. 1996 Dr. Moustafa founded the South Carolina Clinical Research and South Carolina Nephrology & Hypertension Center. The centers have since played a crucial role in boosting healthcare standards in the South Carolina area and beyond, and they continue to contribute significantly to the research and practice of nephrology and hypertension.
