work
After you have clearly
known who they are or you have found out a list, you should always consider checking
what they do currently. On your search, make sure that you do it by yourself.
Check very carefully and determine if they are real professionals. You can go
further and visit the property that that particular manager is managing. That
way, you will have a clue about what you are really getting into. Look at the
property very well and see the activities taking place. Watch if the property
is in good condition, check the cleanliness of the property they are managing,
are the tenants happy among so many other things.
Arrange interviews
After you have done
your selection, make sure that you do a thorough interview with them.
