Second, download the .vpk files from any gaming website, but make sure it is dumped using NoNpDrm. After downloading, transfer the files to the ux0 folder in your Vita memory card. You should then open the config.txt file by pressing X. Third, locate the Kernal option and press the triangle to open a menu. The option “insert empty line” will appear. Press on it and type in the command ur0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx. You should then press O to exit and then X to save the modifications. Note that installing the Vita NoNpDrm files is a lengthy process. It can also be confusing and time-consuming.
If you do not want to go through the process, consider downloading VPK files dumped using MaiDump. The MaiDump file format does not come with compressed files. You will not extract anything, hence saving yourself some time. When you download the file, they will all be positioned to their correct folders and you can start playing games almost immediately.
