The Nashville Symphony Center is a concert hall in Nashville, Tennessee. The construction for this hall began in 2003 and it was opened formally in 2006. The first concert here was a Gala Concert that was conducted by Leonard Slatkin and it was broadcasted by PBS throughout the state. This center was named after Kenneth Schermerhorn, a music director and the conductor of Nashville Symphony from 2983 to 2005. The Centre is a classic example of 21st-century architecture.
