Exterior Casing Material: Steel – Our powdercoated steel case is not only extremely rigid but much safer than our competitors. Lasers can be reflected off some materials which can melt plastic casings. Air Assist: External Compressor @ 20PSI (INCLUDED) – Air is blown through the laser lens nozzle to keep the lens cool and free of debris. Additionally the compressed air keeps the material being cut cool to improve edge quality and reduce/eliminate flame.
Ventilation System: Exhaust Fan (INCLUDED) – The exhaust system removes particulates generated from the laser cutting and engraving process.
