Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) Self and Family Managed Care

The WRHA Self and Family Managed Care (“SFMC”) Program offers an alternate approach to traditional home care services to eligible individuals, including those individuals presently receiving services from the WRHA Home Care Program.  In particular, the WRHA SFMC Program allows individuals or their families to manage, coordinate and direct the non-professional services they need to remain living safely at home and the community.

At Drake Medox Health Services, we work collaboratively with Government programs like the WRHA SFMC Program to assist you in accessing every benefit of this program without compromising the standard or quality of service.  Drake Medox will work in partnership with its client and their family to carefully design a client centered care plan and select care team professionals who will provide continuity of care in the home while promoting client dignity, independence, and individuality.
